4. Michael Phelps

Phelps was born in Maryland on June 30, 1985, however, he currently resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona, with his spouse Nicole.
5. The Joe Jonas

7. Diana Gabaldon

Prolific author Diana Gabaldon was born in Williams, Arizona, on January 11, 1952, according to Wikipedia. She was a lecturer at Arizona State University and holds a Ph.D. in zoology. After 12 years of teaching scientific computation at ASU, she left to pursue full-time writing.
